This work, which was specifically created for exhibition in the CoffeeCake&Kink gallery, is about space. How the women represented occupy and sometimes dominate the images of the place I call home, with all that means to me as an individual. I live here, physically, spiritually and mentally; it is the environment in which my ideas come to me. I'm inviting you to reconstruct my living space from the images in this gallery.

I had been photographing fetish fashions for over ten years and have always been intrigued by how much composition adds to the eroticism of the images. During the process of shooting a relationship builds up between me, the model, the place and the frame of my viewfinder. These images are the product of that time and place; they are offered up in that instant, not planned out and structured.

While on previous 'Suicide Girls' shoots the seed of this idea was planted by the restriction of working in a single environment. I am very grateful to CoffeeCake&Kink for their insistance that this exhibit should have a strong theme and, as ever, to the models who gave their time and input to the project. Without their guidance and help I know the work would never have been accomplished.
